I can't see any prices next to the products, how do I get access to the full pricing?
Once you register with Ideal Office Furniture you can sign in to have full access to the product prices and information. If for some reason you can't sign in, simply phone Ideal Office furniture on 02 9629 6666 and one of the design team will be happy to provide product information, prices and even samples if required.
Can I order my furniture online on the Ideal Office Furniture Website?
Yes, In order to order directly from the website you will firstly need to register your details and confirm your new account. This can be done by clicking the verification link sent to your email address supplied during the registration process. Once you have confirmed your account, you are free to view prices and shop online.
How can I pay for my purchase?
Ideal Office Furniture accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Business Cheque, EFT and Cash on Delivery.
Can I pay for my goods directly online and is it secure?

Does my furniture come installed or do I need to put it together myself?
The installation is usually included in the delivery process. Sometimes quick-ship products can and will be delivered in flat-pack form to reduce costs but for a small fee we are happy to install and assemble on-site if requested.
How is my furniture delivered?
Ideal Office Furniture have a variety of local and national contractors that manage the delivery process. For smaller items such as whiteboards and filing cabinets, a local courier can often be used to reduce costs and to provide faster delivery times.
Once I have selected my products, how do I then select the colour I want?
To make things simple and to allow our customers to shop online you can view fabric options, metal colour options and melamine colours all in one place on the website. You will find this information in the 'Information' box on the bottom left of all pages on the website for easy reference.
Does Ideal Office Furniture have a Free design service?
Yes, for our Sydney customers that would like one of the design team to visit their site and offer solutions and drawer up floor plans this is no problem. Ideal Office Furniture also have architect and designers that can be introduced (if required) to handle the space planning for large office fit-outs. Are there discounts for bulk purchases?
Although Ideal Office furniture pride themselves on everyday low prices with the fasted delivery times, any customer that is looking to purchase five (5) or more items will generally get some special price as a good will gesture and to show appreciation for their business.
